SeekWheelz is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects vehicle owners and renters in Sri Lanka. By using this platform you agree to the following terms.
SeekWheelz connects vehicle owners and renters. We are not a party to any rental agreement. All rentals are direct agreements between owner and renter.
All payments are made directly between owner and renter (cash). SeekWheelz does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment and is not liable for payment disputes.
We display documents uploaded by users. You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any identity documents, vehicle documents, or licences before agreeing to a rental.
SeekWheelz is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, damage, or any loss arising from a rental. Renters ride at their own risk. Owners must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and insured.
Do not use SeekWheelz to commit fraud, impersonate others, or upload false documents. Any such activity may be reported to authorities. You are legally responsible for the information you provide.
Each rental request requires explicit acceptance that the rental is a direct agreement between renter and owner, and that SeekWheelz is not liable for any disputes arising from the rental.
Each vehicle listing requires the owner to declare that the vehicle is legally registered in their name, currently insured, and roadworthy. Owners are fully responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents.
These terms were last updated for version v1.0. By continuing to use SeekWheelz after a terms update, you accept the new version.
